About the NGRG
|The Native Grass Resources Group was formed in 1994 as a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation. The money we raise – from membership fees, donations, sales of publications, and Government grants – is directed to the achievement of our goals.
What Do We Want to Achieve?
Our aim is to be the ‘hub’ for native grass information, research and education in the southern temperate regions of Australia. Located in South Australia, our main activities include:

We publish ‘grassy’ books and other printed materials.
We produce regular newsletters that are dedicated to ‘grassy’ topics. Our other publications include grass species identification sheets and a 112-page grass ID manual. We helped to publish an up-dated South Australian grass Flora. To find out more, click on Publications.
